About Health Centre
The NIT Hamirpur Health Center provides 9am-8pm medical care to the campus population including students, staff, and their families. After consultation, patients can pick up prescribed medicines for free at the pharmacy next to the reception counter.
NIT Hamirpur has its own dedicated Health Centre and multifarious medical needs of the Campus Population consisting of students, staff members, faculty and members of their families are met by institute hospital. It's equipped with all the basic medical facilities and provision of ambulance service for referral purposes during odd hours.
Presently Health Centre is serving the strength of more than 5500 students plus faculty and staff including their wards. It offers free of cost medical facilities. The Hospital is headed by the Medical Officer Incharge with a team of other specialists, paramedical and supporting staff.
